"Painters' Play" First Friday Art Exhibit and Auction at Sherrus Gallery

January 6, 2006 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, with Jeri Fellwock, Shadia Zayed, Gwen Tomkow, and Jeff Von Buskirk

Don't miss this exciting "First"! Four Michigan Artists...Four Blank Canvasses...and only two hours in which to create a masterpiece! Watch as the creative process unfolds before your eyes.

During the final hour of the evening, you'll have the opportunity to bid on your favorite new creation or one of several wonderful pieces from the Sherrus collection that will be offered for auction.

Opening Reception Friday, December 2, 6-9pm

Sherrus Gallery of Fine Art will be hosting a two person show featuring original acrylic paintings by Shadia Zayed and contemporary glass art by Vic Leo.

The opening reception will be held on Friday, December 2, 2005 from 6-9pm. Join us for wine, holiday goodies, great conversation and an evening with two of Michigan's finest artisans.

Awakening...The Artist Inside will be hosting a demonstration by Shadia Zayed of Golden brand gels and mediums. The demonstration runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on Friday, September 2, 2005. Awakening is located at 111 N. Center Street, Northville, MI 48167.

Sherrus Gallery of Fine Art will be hosting a group art exhibit featuring the artists of Awakening...the Artist Inside (the neighboring art supply store) and Sherrus Gallery of Fine art. The opening reception will be held on Friday, July 1, 2005 from 6-9 p.m. The show will run through the end of the month.

The Grand Opening Celebration of Sherrus Gallery of Fine Art will be held on Friday, April 8th from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The Grand Opening will feature a broad spectrum of contemporary artwork from all over the world, including France, Israel, Romania, Argentina, Canada, and the United States. Original acrylic paintings by local artist Shadia Zayed will also be on display.
